Things you see when you're cool in LA
Quintessentially chill LA vibe. Some of my favorite things. Try to believe they are mine.
Hi, I was stationed in California, 1974, Fort Ord, in Monterey. It doesn't exist anymore. The Fort was closed down and is slowly sinking into the Pacific. I revisited Monterey in 2008 and it was beautiful. I was a psychologist in the United States Army when I was there. No, I wasn't an officer. For personal reasons I turned down the candidacy for officer and became an NCO, non-commissioned officer. The music accompanying the scenes is relaxed and laid back. A combination of soul, blues and rap, and I like it. By the way, I am an Apple fan. So I used a Macbook, have a first generation iPad and a iPhone, and an old iPod that I am still using. Thanks for the look down memory lane in a place where I used to live, California. Ciao, Patricia
